Ingredients
1 cup white Sesame Seeds(nuvvulu)
1tsp jeera
4 red chillies
salt as required
Method
- Fry sesame seeds ina frying pan without oil till they turn light brown …….keep aside and let them cool…make sure not to burn them
- In the same pan fry jeera,red chilli…and let them cool
- In a blender, blend all the fried ingredients(jeera,sesame seeds,redchilli,salt)adding sufficient salt to a fine powder and serve hot along with hot rice,ghee…..also can be served with idli,dosa……
- Store in an air-tight container and this stays fresh for a month……
