Ingredients
Boiled eggs 2
1 big Onion
2 green chillies
4-5 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
pinch of turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
curry leaves
coriander leaves
salt to taste
Procedure
- boil the eggs and keep aside.
- grind the onion,green chilli,turmeric,salt and red chilli powder and keep aside.
- Now,in a cooking vessel pour oil and wait for a minute .Now,add onion paste to it and stir till the onion paste changes its colour.Add,salt so that onion cook fast.
- Now,add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 5 mts.If the curry is sticking to the vessel add a spoon water in between.Add,garam masala ,curry leaf and mix well.
- Make each egg into quarter pieces each and add them into the curry.
- Add sufficient salt and garnish with coriander leaves.
- serve with hot rice along with ghee…..
