Ingredients
1 cup peanuts/groundnuts
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera
2 red chillies
very small lemon sized tamarind
1 inch jaggery/ 1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
Procedure
- In a vessel add oil and when it is heated add jeera and redchillies and let them fry for a minute.
- Now add peanuts and fry them till they turn dark brown colour.
- Now add tamarind and switch off the stove and let it cool.
- Now grind the content in a mixie jar along with jaggery and sufficient salt.
